Silent Hill f: NG+ Document Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
To truly uncover all the dark secrets of Ebisugaoka and the complete backstory of the Tsuneki Family, you must play Silent Hill f across multiple cycles. A significant number of Documents—vital lore pieces, journals, and notes—are intentionally locked behind New Game Plus (NG+) and New Game Plus Plus (NG++) playthroughs.
These exclusive documents are essential because they contain information crucial for unlocking specific Trophies and Achievements, meaning a minimum of three full playthroughs is often required for Platinum or 100% completion.
Unlike some other collectibles, these NG+ and NG++ exclusive documents primarily spawn in two ways:
- New Game Locked Areas: Many Documents are found within locations or rooms that are inaccessible until you acquire the Brooch and progress in NG+, such as inside Inari-sama Locked Rooms.
- Rarity Replacement: Other documents replace less critical items found during the first playthrough (NG), appearing in the same location only once you start NG+ or NG++.
